Monthly Rates

  • Lot rental rates are $790 per month for two persons. 
     

  • NO lease. NO commitment.
     

  • Additional person/s $50 per week, approval required. 
     

  • Includes water, sewer, garbage. Does not include electric or Wi-Fi.
     

  • Lots are equipped with individually metered electric hook-ups. Guests must contact Florida Power & Light to turn on service prior to move-in.
     

  • Cable, internet and Wi-Fi are available via Spectrum.
     

  • Additional $300 non-refundable administrative fee due at time of move-in.
     

  • Additional $25 per month, per dog, approval required.

We welcome payments in the form of checks or money orders, payable to Lazy Oaks RV Park Additionally, we accept payments through Zelle at lazyoaksrvpark@gmail.com
To avoid unnecessary bank fees, credit/debit card payments are not accepted
