  • Lot rental starting at $660 per month for two persons. $50 per month, per additional person, upon approval.

  • Additional $100 non-refundable  administrative fee due at  time of move-in.

  • PET FEE: $25 per month,  per pet, upon approval.

  • 6 month minimum stay.
